St. Patrick’s Day Preschool Activities

Sharing is caring!

I have to say I went all out this year for St. Patrick’s Day. We are talking green toilets, green milk, green pancakes. Anything I would turn green I did and you know what the kids LOVED it!! And if they didn’t know the color green they do now. These St. Patrick’s Day Activities are perfect for your older toddlers and preschoolers.

We did these activities during our homeschool time but they can be adapted for the preschool – PreK classroom.

Find the Gold– Lay the “X” cards face-up on the table or put them in a pocket chart. Have your kiddos close their eyes while you hid the gold under a card.  The kiddos will then say the letter on a card and flip it over. If they find the gold they are the winner!! **you can pick target letters to use instead of all of the cards

Roll & Write– Kiddos roll the die and write the letter they rolled in the first square. They continue rolling and writing until all of the squares are filled up. When they are done, they can count each letter and determine which has the most/least/same amount.

Cloud & Rainbow– Have your kiddos glue the cotton balls to the paper plate. Then glue the construction paper to the back of the paper plate to make a cloud and rainbow
