Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes (no sugar added)
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)

Instructions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot.
    2. Heat till just warm.
    3. Puree the sauce to the desired consistency.
    4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
