Low Carb – Marinara Sauce

Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot.
- Heat till just warm.
- Puree the sauce to the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
